How do invites work?
Crews are private. Ask a crew organizer for an invite link, then open it on the iPhone where you use Crew.

Crew is a festival companion for finding your friends, sharing check-ins, and choosing what to see next. Crews are private and invite-only.
Common questions
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings in Crew, choose Delete account, and confirm. Your profile and personal activity are removed immediately.
Does Crew track my location?
No continuous tracking. Optional auto check-in uses location while you use the app to check whether you're near a stage, and you can turn it off at any time.
Does Crew work offline?
Yes. Crew keeps useful festival information on your phone and queues supported actions until your connection returns.
How do I report or block someone?
Open CREW, tap the member, then use Report member or Block member in the SAFETY section. Shared content also has its own Report action, and Settings → Safety → Blocked users lets you reverse a block. Safety reports target an initial response within 24 hours; urgent threats should go to event staff or emergency services.
